Our office scheme at Stanford Building in Long Acre was completed this month and our client Picton Capital was so impressed that they have moved into the first floor of the six storey building. The scheme consists of two storeys of retail, four storeys of office and roof extension with a new penthouse flat.
We have completed the refurbishment of No. 3 Henrietta Street, a Grade 2 Listed Building that fronts onto Covent Garden Piazza in Central London. The project included a major restoration of the historic facade where we repointed the brickwork with fine white lime putty tuck pointing to produce a really sharp contrasting finish to the black bricks.
Our penthouse flat in Floral Street in Covent Garden has now been completed and furnished ready for occupation. The flat is part of our 14,000 sq.ft office, retail, and residential redevelopment of Stanford House, a historic Victorian building on Long Acre in Central London.
We are delighted that our office scheme at 50 Marshall Street in Soho has been completed this month. The scheme involved a roof extension with terraces, 14,000 sq.ft Cat A office refurbishment, a new ground floor retail unit and the remodelling of the external facade.
