Dundonald Church, Raynes Park, London
This landmark project is the creation of stunning new church in the suburbs of South West London.
Dundonald Church is a new build mixed use community scheme that includes 18 apartments which are seamlessly integrated into a contemporary church building in south west London. The design focuses on creating a modern church facility that will be a social hub for the local community.
The scheme includes a double height church hall with a 650 seating capacity plus six ancillary halls used for children and youth activities; seminars and music practice. A new carefully detailed brick façade creates a holistic signature building that enhances the street scene with large windows that display the vibrant activity within including a cafe and library that front onto the street.
The project gained Planning Approval in 2017 and completed in 2022
