This scheme is a mixed use redevelopment of the BHS site on the Broadway in Ealing, West London. The site is located close to West Ealing station which is part of the Crossrail scheme, providing access to central London in 20 minutes.
The project includes 136 new apartments and a 15,000sq.ft retail unit at ground floor. The design is set around a central courtyard at first floor level with landscaped gardens on all the roof levels around the building, including a twelve storey high green wall.
Planning Permission was granted in 2016 and construction is due to start this year.
