This complex scheme was the conversion of three existing Victorian office buildings into eleven new apartments and three new restaurant and retail units facing onto the Piazza in Covent Garden.
Both Nos. 9 and 10 are Grade 2 Listed Buildings and required careful restoration while introducing a contemporary interior aesthetic for the current BTR market.
The flats were designed for Private Rental as part of Shaftesbury Capital's portfolio of apartments in central London.
