This distinguished project is the rejuvenation of a prominent historic building on a very popular London square.
The high profile scheme on Covent Garden piazza was a transformation of a Grade 2 Listed Building from disused offices to a new retail/restaurant townhouse.
The work included a major refurbishment to the historic facade including repointing the brickwork with new white lime putty tuck pointing to produce a really sharp contrasting finish to the black bricks. Internal refurbishment included heritage repairs to existing rooms and main staircase, a new skylight over the rear courtyard and a new rear extension with a lantern rooflight.
The project was completed in 2021.
