Stanford House, Covent Garden
This outstanding scheme is the impressive redevelopment of a much loved historic Grade 2 Listed building in Central London.
This mixed use scheme involves the 14,000sq.ft. refurbishment of the existing offices, a new apartment in a roof extension and a remodelled retail unit at ground floor and basement levels.
Our design incorporated the existing building features such as the original cast iron steel beams and columns and brickwork along with new Crittal glass screens and a large new reception area.
The project was completed in 2021.
