This stunning project is the redevelopment of an outdated office building into an elegant super prime residential development in St.James in the West End of London.
A residential redevelopment to create nine new luxury apartments in the centre of the fashionable district of Jermyn Street, the scheme involved retention of the existing retail tenant and structure while creating a roof and rear extension and an handsome new facade in Portland stone.
We worked with interior designers Oliver Burns on the penthouse and Edward Phillips on the rest of the flats to produce exceptional quality finishes and joinery within the apartments.
This scheme was completed in 2016.
