Walter House, Strand

We were granted Planning Permission for the redevelopment of a prominent historical office building facing onto the Strand in central London into 19 high quality apartments. The development includes the demolition and new build of No.50 Bedford Street with a new contemporary Portland stone facade and full height windows with Juliet balconies.

Our scheme gained Planning Permission and Conservation Area consent from Westminster Council in 2015.
