This impressive project is the large scale residential development of a former brownfield industrial site between the Olympic Stadium and Canary Wharf in East London.
A large residential new build scheme of 273 apartments in Poplar for Bellway Homes with a mix tenure of market value, shared ownership and social rented flats.
The scheme rises from 4 to 13 storeys, comprising two main buildings laid out around a communal space at first floor level. The thirteen storey tower overlooks the large open space of Langdon Park and is adjacent to the Docklands Light Railway.
The proposals have been developed in BIM using 3D modelling in Revit software which has enabled full consultancy coordination for the whole scheme. We gained Planning Permission for this scheme in 2015 and the project was completed in 2018.
