This project is a 22,000sq.ft retail scheme with 4,000sq.ft of offices at upper levels in the heart of Covent Garden shopping district in the West End of London. The scheme is part of Capco's strategy to transform Floral Street into a main shopping thoroughfare.
The project involves the conversion of an old spa into two large retail units including a new shopfront in No.11 which was originally designed by KPF to early Stage 3 level incorporating a bespoke faience tile design and the careful restoration of No.12, a Grade 2 Listed Building.
The scheme received Planning Approval in 2016 and was completed in 2017.
