This innovative project is a mixed use office and retail scheme which consists of a new double height roof extension and a stunning Green Wall on Carnaby Street, located in the heart of London's Soho.
The scheme included the demolition of the existing top floor of the building due to low headrooms and the construction of two additional floors plus new external terraces at fifth floor and roof level.
We also refurbished the existing lower floors and reception of the building which includes a new rear extension with a terrace and a remodeled entrance and new toilets. The development provides 13,000 sq.ft of newly refurbished office space including an additional 4,500 sq.ft of new offices with 3.5m headroom.
All the construction work was carried out while the ground floor retail unit occupied by Timberland, did not lose a single day of trading. The project was successfully completed for our client Shaftesbury Capital in 2023.
