St. Michael and All Angel Church mixed use development, Mill Hill
This complex scheme is a new build development of 48 apartments and a new church hall on a prominent corner in Mill Hill town centre. The project includes a semi-basement car park for residents and church visitors.
We were involved in substantial consultations with the church and local stakeholders to finalise a Brief for the church hall which includes facilities such as a large assembly hall, theatre, meeting rooms, kitchen, offices and a small library.
We gained Planning Approval for the development in 2015 and the project was completed in 2018.
