Cheam Baptist Church
This exciting project is the redevelopment of the existing Baptist Church in Cheam town centre to double the capacity of the church and provide additional community facilities such as a street front cafe, function rooms and community nursery.
The design involved retaining the existing church building as multi use function space and building a new church hall to accomodate over 500 people within a dramatic double height space.
The scheme also involved the development of the rear of the site to provide 26 apartments which subsidises the costs of the redevelopment of the church buildings.
