Cheam Baptist Church
This exciting project is the redevelopment of the existing Baptist Church in Cheam town centre to double the capacity of the church and provide additional community facilities such as a street front cafe, function rooms, a nursery school and flexible function rooms.
The design involves retaining the existing church building as a multi-use function space and building a new church hall to accomodate over 500 people with a dramatic double height space.
The scheme also involves the development of the rear of the site to provide 26 apartments which subsidises the cost of the redevelopment of the church.
