This scheme is a 25,000sq.ft. mixed use retail and office project on Floral Street, an importnat historic route through Covent Garden.
The office scheme involves the transformation of an old school Listed Building into a media style office with a Cat A fit out. The scheme has been designed to use as many of the original building features as possible including exposing the original timber trusses and tall clerestory windows.
The scheme was completed in 2017.
