The project involved the redevelopment of a Victorian office building with a new six storey rear extension and a single storey roof extension to create over 12,000sq.ft of Cat A office space with retail at ground and basement. The building is located in the iconic St.James's district, around the corner from the Ritz on Piccadilly.
The design includes the refurbishment of the existing ornate period features on the facade and in the common areas and providing new contemporary office spaces at each floor.
The project was completed in 2019.
