St Aldates is an 10,000sq.ft office refurbishment scheme in Oxford city centre adjacent to Oxford University providing contemporary CAT A+/B office suites, enhanced common areas and a revitalised facade. The office fit out was designed to provide small start up suites for new Oxford University graduates creating new tech companies. The design transforms the entrance experience of the building by opening up the reception areas with a fresh palette of materials running through the building with exposed services to create maximum headroom in the working spaces.
