This project is the redevelopment of a pair of historic buildings on Whitehall including a three storey 1,650 sq.ft. rear extension to provide an overal 14,000 sq.ft. of Cat A office space and 3,000sq.ft of retail space at ground and basement.
The building is located in the Trafalgar Square Conservation Area in Central London and is designated as a unlisted Building of Merit. The new roof terrace was created with an outdoor kitchen unit with some amazing views down Whitehall to the Houses of Parliament, Horse Guards Parade and Nelson's Column.
The proposals gained Planning Approval in August 2018 and were successfully completed in 2022.
