17 Slingsby Place Reception completed

The final part of our office refurbishment at 17 Slingsby Place in Covent Garden has been handed over to our client with the completion of the reception area. The refurbishment has included the Cat A fit out of two office floors and all the common areas which are now all fully occupied by the new tenant.
Heritage refurbishment starts on site next to Covent Garden piazza

We have just started on site for the refurbishment and rear extension to a Listed Building on Henrietta Street facing onto Covent Garden Piazza. The new hoarding wrap around with the Love, Hope and Joy message from our client Capco looks fabulous!
Covent Garden offices completed

Our Cat A office fit out in Slingsby Place was completed and handed over to the new tenants this week. The scheme involved the refurbishment of two floors with a new exposed services and air-conditioning system partially hidden by metal mesh rafts inset between the existing steel beams to create maximum ceiling heights and a dynamic contemporary space.
Carnaby Street office refurbishment completed

We are delighted to share our first photos of our completed office refurbishment in Carnaby Street for Shaftesbury Estates. The scheme has involved a new two storey rear extension and terrace, conversion of first floor retail area and refurb of common areas and upper floors to new Cat A office space.
Dundonald Church structural frame completes

The structural steel frame at our mixed use development in Raynes Park has now been successfully completed and the precast concrete floors are being installed this month despite the Covid-19 work restrictions. The complex development is to build a new church with multiple flexible use spaces alongside 18 new apartments above. The site team at Curo are doing a great job alongside our team working with Meinhardt engineers.
