Planning Permission for Raynes Park SEN School

We are thrilled to share the news that we have successfully been granted full Planning Permission on our new build SEN School project in Rayners Park, South West London.

The school will provide vitally needed specialist teaching facilities for children with dyslexia and dispraxia from the ages of 7-13 years old, along with a loacl community hub providing counselling rooms, community short let work space and a college lecture theatre.

Construction work is set to start in mid 2024.

Carnaby Street offices completed

We are so pleased that our 5-7 Carnaby Street office project has achieved Practical Completion this month. The stunning refurbishment includes two new floors and two new roof terraces, plus a four storey green wall that lights up ther south end of this famous Soho street. All the work was completed while Timberland remained successfully trading at ground floor.

Dundonald Church wins top Acoustic Award

Our Dundonald Church project has won the highly prestigous Peter Lord Award, presented by the Institute of Acoustics for a building that showcases outstanding or innovative acoustic design.

Dominic McSweeney received the award alongside Nick Swainston from Cahill Design and Brian Scrivener from Sound Advice for the innovative design of the 650 seat church auditorium that accomodates a sound system for a rock band with 18 flats located above the 30m clear span ceiling.

Practical Completion for Highgate Pre-Prep School

We are delighted that our Highgate Pre-Prep School project has achieved Practical Completion this month.

The £3.5M project involved a complex refurbishment and large extension to the existing Highgate Pre-Prep School in North London. The building is a three storey extension designed for 4-7 year olds as part of the school campus in Bishopwood Road. We acted as Executive and Delivery Architects for Curo Construction based on a scheme design by Ed Toovey architects.

St Martins Courtyard wins Highly Commended Award

We are very proud that our St. Martin's Courtyard project has won the Highly Commended Award at the 2023 Surface Design Awards at the Building Design Centre in London. Congratulations to the whole team for this exemplar project.
